Yoga

Yoga is offered to both Adults and Seniors, Tuesday evenings from 5pm-6pm. The class is taught by Yoga Professional and Russian Native, Natasha Goncharova.
Cost: $1.50 Seniors
        $2.00 Adults

Weight Training

Weight training is available for both Adults and Seniors to attend thursdays at 10am. 
    Cost: $1.50 Seniors
            $2.00 Adults

Spin Classes

Spin class is taught Monday and Friday mornings at 9am.

Table Tennis

The table tennis club gets together to play Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays. Players at al levels are welcome to join.

Tai-Chi

Tai-chi for well being is taught Tuesday mornings at 10am by Master Tyrone Aranda.

Boxing

Boxing coaches are available for adults Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 7pm-8pm. Open boxing times for adults are Monday 7am-8pm, Fridays 7am-6pm and Saturdays 10am-3pm.
    Cost: $2.00

Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is taught Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings and is open to youth, adutls and seniors!
Cost: $1.50 (Youth and Seniors)

Zumba

Come check out our Zumba class is taught Monday-Thursday at 6pm, Mon, Wed, Fri at 4pm and Saturdays 10am.
